LDC Composite Decking Case Study - Wraysbury, Staines
This project was completed in March 2022 by The London Decking Company. This project involved the installation of LDC Solid Composite Decking to a stunning property in Wraysbury, Staines. This was an interesting project, where we were able to install a new deck to a lawned area and over into the river, which this property backed on to.
At this project we installed a solid composite decking with a darker composite decking border, this included colour matching steps to the lawn area. The area was completed with tongue and groove screening to add a sophisticated ambience while our customer is entertaining friends and family.
To complete the decking to the river we installed a timber balustrade with black aluminium powder coated safety bars to add a contrast against the light-coloured decking.
Our experienced team installed steel ground screws into the riverbed with composite posts, while the remaining framework which was out of the water was softwood timber with decking tape to protect and seal the frame from weathering.
I am sure you can agree this decking offers the perfect riverside seating to be enjoyed all year round and especially in the Spring/Summer months.
