The client had recently had their property extended out into the garden meaning the old patio had been destroyed and a new terrace was required.
Due to the height of the new extension a raised deck was the perfect answer to create a terrace and dining area off the back of the house.
The new deck was installed using Yellow Balau Hardwood Decking.
Due to space issues the steps down to the garden were set back into the deck to create a great access point and feature on the deck.
The existing pond created a nice water feature, with the addition of a new smooth limestone patio from the deck to the lawn, the project was complete.
In addition to the deck and patio, a new door was installed in the garage to gain direct access on to the decking.
This project turned a run down, unmaintained area into a perfect continuation from the new extension down to the garden.
