Garden Dining & Entertaining Area - The Farm House, Surrey
Our team very much enjoyed this build as it gave us an opportunity to flex our carpentry skills and create something exciting for our customer.
This client requested an all year-round outdoor dining and entertaining area to fit in with the surrounding landscaped garden and Farm House property. Our team designed this oak timber frame building and it fits perfectly in the surroundings.
As well as the oak posts and cross beams we installed a 30m2 Millboard Enhanced Grain Golden Oak deck, oak screening and shelving across the rear and black Millboard facia around the roof.
On top of the structure we applied a waterproof membrane and installed Seedum roofing to create a natural finish. Copper guttering and down pipes have also been installed to capture any rain run off.
Our in-house electrician has finished the build with up/down lights in the decking and roof as well as a built in heater, meaning the client will be warm all year round and late into the night when entertaining outside.
From start to finish this project was completed in just over 2 weeks. Our customer was over the moon with the finished project and so was our team.
