Composite Decking - W11, London
We were asked to tender for this commercial project at Porchester Road, London W11 by J Coffey Building Contractors.
Having won the tender for the project we installed 120m2 Enhanced Grain Millboard Decking to a 5th Floor walk way around the outside of 4 luxury flats.
Using adjustable pedestals to allow for falls across the roof, the frame and Millboard Decking were installed to run flush from the doors to create one flat level from inside to out.
This project provided plenty of challenges with access to the 5th floor being an issue as well as working alongside 4 or 5 other trades on site, all looking to complete the work to the highest possible standards.
The finished project was completed within the given time frame by the contractor with the exact finish requested by the client.
